CRANOIST INDUSTRIES SINGLE GIRDER CRANES: These systems provide space for materials handling even when production units or warehouses are comparatively small and low. To minimise the capital costs for modifications to buildings to provide extra space, we utilise the minimum of space for our crane systems. Using various fixing arrangements the CRANOIST single girder travelling cranes can be fitted individually to the existing space available.Favourable dimensions result in the optimal highest hook position.

Normally there is no maximum safety distance to the ceiling of the building for single girder cranes with a load capacity range of up to 10 T. This makes it a master at saving space even in buildings with unfavorable dimensions. The crane girder is constructed from robust profiles.Using a comprehensive range of fixing arrangements the traveling cranes can be designed to fit the available space. All we need for the planning stage of the crane system are the clear dimensions of the building. We will then design the crane individually for you.

DESIGN: Compact dimensions, low weight, easy to operate and easy to maintain, modular design with direct fits between components.

MOTORS: Electric motors of all the motions will be totally enclosed, fan cooled Slipping / Sq. Cage induction crane duty motors with class-B insulation and protected with IP-55 protection confirming to IS-325. All the motors will be S4 duty with 40% C.D.F 4 Poles and 6 Poles, 3 Phase, 415V : 50Hz for A.C. Supply.

GEAR BOXES: The entire Gear Boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions Having hardness 250 to 300 BHN mode from carbon alloy steel. The all gears & pinions running On anti-friction type ball / roller hearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash Lubrication. The helical / spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation long life.

BRAKES: The crane motors are fitted with Electro Magnetic brake for hoisting Motion. The brake designed and build to arrest and hold safely the full load capacity of the crane. The construction of brake are either shoe type or disc type spring loaded. The brake are ‘fail to safe’ type in case failure of electric supply, brake acts immediately.

ELECTRICAL PANEL: Modular design, covering a very wide operating range. The systems are designed for ease of installation and maintenance and reliable operation, with fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.

PAINTING: Every component & part is thoroughly scrubbed & painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.
